Sandusky Construction works directly with the insurance company to assist in the handling of the claim’s processing, including and not limited to meeting with the adjuster onsite, and negotiating with the insurance company to ensure that the owner receives fair market compensation to cover cost of repairs to property. Sandusky Construction utilizes Xacitmate software to provide estimates of repairs to the insurance companies. The implementation of Xactimate software allows Sandusky Construction to process the claim to the insurance company in an industry accepted format.
